Terms & Conditions

When you place an order to purchase products from KD | Bespoke Wedding Decor, you are offering to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.

 

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, this offer is accepted by us only when we have taken a payment for the product and when we have dispatched that product out to you.

 

Upon receiving a payment we will send out a PDF order confirmation that will contain the details of your order.

By necessity we will rely on the information you have provided in your order to process it, take payment and deliver it, and you are therefore responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided when placing your order with us.

Ordering & Turnaround

We advise all customers to place their orders 6-8 weeks for Favours and 4-6 weeks for Buttonholes & Keepsakes prior to the date they need it for; especially if they are required between the months of May to September.

 

Outside of peak wedding season (Jan- April & Oct-Dec), you can expect your order to be made & dispatched in 4-6 weeks for Favours and 3-4 weeks for Buttonholes & Keepsakes.

Delivery

The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you at the time of ordering . Title to the goods will pass to you, the buyer, on payment in full of the price of the goods.

The risk of the goods shall pass to you upon dispatch to this address. Any time or date for delivery by us is provided to you in good faith but is an estimate only.  We aim to dispatch your order a week ahead of the required date provided but in such events we accept no liability for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery or non-delivery.

All orders go through two quality checks before dispatching and are packed to ensure no damage is occurred during transition. 

 

Although this is sometimes inevitable, please kindly examine your good at the time they are delivered – any damaged or defective goods, incorrect or incomplete orders must be reported to us with 48 hours. If we have not been notified within this period then the goods will deem to have been delivered undamaged, without defect and in accordance with the dispatch.

Notwithstanding these contractual conditions, we are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be happy with the products you have purchased from us. In the event of any dissatisfaction please contact us and we will do all that we can do to put things right.

 

All orders are posted 1st Class Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail.

 

A tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Charge for Buttonholes & Plaques is £6.00.

  • Delivery Charge for Personalised Ribbons is £3.50.

  • Delivery for Favour Orders of 30-50 is charged at £6.50. Local Delivery can be provided for a charge of £5.

  • Delivery for Favour Orders of 51-200 is charged at £15.00. Local Delivery can be provided for a charge of £10.

  • Delivery for Favour Orders of 201+ is charged at £27.00. Local Delivery can be provided for a charge of £15.

Colour/Image Disclaimer

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.

 

By purchasing from KD | Bespoke Wedding Decor, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks.

Returns & Refund

As all orders are made to order and personalised to meet specific needs of individuals, unfortunately we do not accept returns and all orders are non-refundable .
